Summer is here - Wasatch Fresh is serving a BBQ chicken cobb salad with a delectable cilantro lime ranch dressing! This southwest fusion adds a twist to the classic cobb salad. We add BBQ sauce to our chicken to create a zest that will leave your taste buds dancing. Along with chicken, it's filled with olives, corn, tomatoes, turkey bacon, crisp romaine lettuce, egg, and of course blue cheese. The creamy cilantro and lime ranch dressing along with crisp tortilla strips make the salad complete.
